1/3 cups dry raw oats
1/4 cup berries of the season
1 tablespoon flax or hemp seeds
1 scoop of Whey Protein Powder
1 tablespoon Almond Butter
2 medjool dates (pitted)
1 cup of unsweetened rice, coconut, or almond milk
