Peanut butter and banana smoothie

1 scoop of protein powder
1 Banana
1 tablespoon Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
1 tablespoon Cacao bits
a few shakes of Cinnamon
1 cups of unsweetened Rice, coconut, or almond milk
