Practice Hara Hachi Bu: eat until you’re 80% full

HEALTH TIPS THAT CUT FAT AND CALORIES BUT NOT FLAVOR:

 

  • Practice “Hara Hachi Bu”, like the longest lived people of Okinawa, Japan, eat until you’re 80% full and then push your plate away from you even if there is food left, within 20 mins you will be 100% full. Our culture has us eat until we’re 100% full, but in 20 mins you’ll be at 120% over-stuffed and eating more calories than you need.
