I’m 48 years old, this is what I use a few days a week as my hormone balancing regimen:

  • Vitex Berry for uterine health.
  • Selenium for breast health.
  • Maca Root for mood, energy, libido, and hormone balance.
  • Evening Primrose reduces breast pain and PMS symptoms.
  • DIM for estrogen balance (especially if estrogen dominant), both an antioxidant and phytonutrient, and fights inflammation.
